Delete Your Account
Learn how to request deletion of your Flamingo mobile app account and understand what data is affected.
1. Overview
You may request deletion of your Flamingo mobile app account at any time. This page explains what data is deleted from our servers, what data is removed when you uninstall the app, and what business data is retained by your organization.
2. What We Delete From Our Servers
Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will remove the following data from our servers:
- Push notification registration — Your device token used for delivering push notifications will be cleared from our servers.
Authentication tokens (used for login sessions) are not stored on our servers. They are stored locally on your device and expire automatically — access tokens within 1 hour and refresh tokens within 30 days.
3. What Is Removed By Uninstalling the App
The following data is stored only on your device and is automatically removed when you uninstall the Flamingo mobile app:
- Biometric and PIN data — Face ID, fingerprint, and PIN authentication data is processed and stored entirely on your device by your operating system. Flamingo never receives or stores this data on our servers.
- Cached app data — Locally cached content, offline queue, and downloaded files.
- Login sessions — Authentication tokens stored in your device's secure storage.
- App preferences — Notification settings and other local preferences.
4. What Your Organization Retains
Flamingo CRM is a business tool where data is created and managed on behalf of the organization (tenant) that owns the account. The following business data belongs to your organization and is not removed when your individual account is deleted:
- Service records and visit history
- Contact and company records
- Payment and invoice history
- Form submissions
- Photos uploaded during service visits
- Class enrollments and booking records
- Tasks, activities, and other operational data
This data is retained because it is part of your organization's business records and may be relied upon for operational, financial, or legal purposes. If you have questions about your organization's data, please contact your organization's administrator.
5. How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please send an email to support@flamingocrm.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The name of the organization (tenant) you are a member of
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your account deletion is complete.
