Real businesses. Fewer tools. One platform.
We didn't build a demo. Two real businesses run their day to day on Flamingo: a wellness studio and a pool service company. Together they replaced a stack of separate tools with one system their teams actually use.
Real operational numbers from production. We show scale of work, not our customers' private financials.
Who's running on Flamingo
Each of these came to us from a stack of disconnected tools. Here's what they retired, and the volume they now run on one platform.
The Healing Loft
Run by Kendall
A full studio running on one platform Kendall's instructors and clients use every day: class scheduling, space rentals, client intake, waivers, and payments. Clients book classes, buy passes, and sign waivers from their own branded app, while instructors run rosters and check students in from their phones. What used to be MindBody plus a stack of spreadsheets and separate tools is now one system.

South Beach Pools
Run by Vinnie & Mychal
Vinnie and Mychal run their South Beach Pools operations on Flamingo, straight from the mobile app in the field: drag and drop routes, chemical readings, service history, hour tracking, and payroll estimates from clocked time. Their crews keep pools running in neighborhoods across Virginia Beach, and paper logs and route spreadsheets are gone.
Retired for Flamingo
In their words
Since switching to Flamingo for South Beach Pool Service, managing my route of vacation rental and residential accounts has gotten a lot smoother. Coordinating with my subs used to eat up time I didn't have. Now everything's organized in one place instead of scattered across texts and spreadsheets. The route builder with GPS linked has made scheduling and navigating between stops way more efficient, and the service reports give my customers a clear, professional record of what was done at each visit. The auto text feature that gives homeowners an arrival timeframe has also cut way down on the “where are you” calls and texts. Being able to request features that actually fit how pool service works (route notes, checklists, quotes) and see them show up has been huge. It's built by someone who actually gets the industry, not a generic CRM trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.
