About this SMS Program
This SMS program is operated by South Beach Pools, a pool service business in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. South Beach Pools uses the Flamingo CRM platform (operated by Flamingo Labs LLC) to send transactional notifications to customers who have opted in to receive them. Messages sent under this program are transactional only and are never used for marketing, promotional, or third-party purposes.
Messages fall into two categories:
- Service arrival notifications — sent when a South Beach Pools technician is en route to a scheduled service appointment at your property.
- Account notifications — sent when a new service invoice is generated for your account (with a secure link to view and pay online), and periodic payment reminders for outstanding balances.
How to Subscribe (Opt In)
South Beach Pools operates two separate SMS notification programs. Each program uses its own dedicated phone number so customers can subscribe to one or both. To subscribe, text any of the following keywords from your mobile phone to the appropriate number:

After you text in, you will receive an automated confirmation reply identifying the business you are subscribed to and including instructions for opting out. Service businesses also communicate the opt-in keyword and number to their customers during onboarding, in service welcome emails, on service contracts, and in person at signup.

Messages identify the service business (South Beach Pools), and include "Reply STOP to opt out" instructions in every message. Payment links go only to a secure page tied to the recipient's invoice.
Message Frequency
Frequency varies based on your service relationship with your provider. Arrival notifications are sent only when a service technician is en route to a scheduled appointment at your property — typically zero to several messages per week during the active service season. Account notifications (invoice payment links and reminders) are sent when a new service invoice is generated and when a balance is outstanding — typically one to four messages per customer per month. Messages are not sent on a recurring schedule and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages sent and received. Flamingo Labs LLC is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. There is no additional fee from Flamingo Labs or the service business for receiving these messages.
How to Unsubscribe (Opt Out)
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to a message you received:
- STOP
- STOPALL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
After you reply with an opt-out keyword, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. You may resubscribe at any time by texting any of the opt-in keywords listed above.

No Sharing of Mobile Information
Flamingo Labs LLC does not share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the transactional notifications you have consented to receive, and is shared only with our SMS infrastructure provider (Twilio) as necessary to transmit those messages.
