Service arrival notifications sent on behalf of service businesses operating on the Flamingo CRM platform.

About this SMS Program
Flamingo Labs LLC operates a multi-tenant customer relationship management (CRM) platform used by small service businesses, including pool service, home service, and wellness businesses. Through the Flamingo CRM platform, these service businesses can send transactional SMS notifications to customers who have opted in to receive them.
Typical messages include service arrival notifications (for example, a pool service technician letting a customer know they are on the way to a scheduled appointment), appointment confirmations, and other transactional service updates.
How to Subscribe (Opt In)
To subscribe to SMS arrival notifications from a service business operating on the Flamingo CRM platform, text one of the following keywords to that business's number:
- START
- YES
- JOIN
- UNSTOP

Text START to (757) 689-9129 to subscribe to service arrival notifications from South Beach Pools.
After you text in, you will receive an automated confirmation reply identifying the business you are subscribed to and including instructions for opting out. Service businesses also communicate the opt-in keyword and number to their customers during onboarding, in service welcome emails, on service contracts, and in person at signup.
What Messages Look Like
Once subscribed, you may receive transactional messages similar to:
Messages identify the technician's name and the service business they represent, and include "Reply STOP to opt out" instructions in every message.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule with your provider. Most subscribed customers receive between zero and several messages per week, sent only when a service technician is en route to a scheduled appointment at their property. Messages are not sent on a recurring schedule and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages sent and received. Flamingo Labs LLC is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. There is no additional fee from Flamingo Labs or the service business for receiving these messages.
How to Unsubscribe (Opt Out)
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to a message you received:
- STOP
- STOPALL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
After you reply with an opt-out keyword, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. You may resubscribe at any time by texting any of the opt-in keywords listed above.

For help, reply HELP to any message you received. You will receive an automated response with help information. You may also contact Flamingo Labs LLC directly at support@flamingocrm.com.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
Flamingo Labs LLC does not share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the transactional notifications you have consented to receive, and is shared only with our SMS infrastructure provider (Twilio) as necessary to transmit those messages.
